If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange. To facilitate the return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Return Timeframe: All returns must be received and processed by us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition of Returns: Returns must be in unused, unopened condition and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to initiate the return.
- Return to Our Store: You can conveniently return your order or item to our retail store. Simply bring the item along with your delivery email to the store. Returns made through the store will be credited to your account within 2 - 3 working days.
- Return by Post/Courier: If returning by post or courier, please note that the cost of returning the items is at your own expense. We can offer a collection service for your convenience, and the collection charge will depend on the product's weight and the number of packages. Please contact us for the specific collection charge applicable to your item. To initiate the return process, kindly inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item by sending an email to email@example.com. In the subject line, please include the word "RETURN" followed by your order number. This will help us resolve the matter quickly and efficiently. Additionally, please remove any labels on the package and provide your order number, name, and telephone number to ensure prompt processing of your refund. The refund will be processed after deducting the shipping cost for delivering the goods to you.
- A re-packing fee may occur on inspection of the goods upon arrival (if boxes or inside packaging is damaged)

- Products must be packaged in outer cardboard or a protective bag. We cannot accept products if the original packaging is damaged.
- Please avoid writing address details or any other information on the product packaging, as items with writing on the packaging cannot be accepted for a refund.
- Furniture, wooden products, or any items that have been assembled cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange opened bedding, mattresses, or breast pumps unless they are faulty.
- All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use. At Babycare, we meticulously inspect all returns to ensure that we provide our customers with brand new products. Therefore, we cannot refund any items that show any visible signs of use.
