Hassle-free returns policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
*Exclusions - toiletries, opened mattresses, gift vouchers/cards. Car seats must be returned within 48 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange with all tags, packaging and labels along with your receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. We require that all goods be sent back in the original packaging and that he goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them.

If you need advice before you return an item please use our contact form. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods). In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging.
Should you require an unwanted item to be collected this can be arranged by sending in the request through our contact form. Please note that a €10 charge will be incurred. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Providing the item qualifies for a refund then this will be issued to the source of the original payment. Please note that when returning an item to Babycare, we will confirm whether or not the item qualifies for a refund. For payments funded with a Debit/Credit card, the refund will be issued back to the same card.
Refunds are in the same currency as the original payment.
Whilst Babycare will issue the refund as soon as possible, refunds can take up to 30 days depending on the bank or form of payment.
Cooling Off Period
There is a cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods through our online contact form here. Please mention the following details: Order number, Date of order, customer name and customer address.
We will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Where the returned/cancelled item forms part of a larger order all of which is not being return, the original delivery charge will continue to apply. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging.
