Today they are applying their expertise to create a new and unique mattress that is truly something great – ECO FRIENDLY! Each year 12 million tons of plastic is dumped into the ocean – Candide decided to commit to creating a durable and comfortable mattress made of recycled material. Their partner Seaqual works with fisherman who harvest plastic from the sea. This plastic is recycled and transformed into fibers which are woven to create the mattress cover. If you remove the cover, you will find a filling made of recycled fibers!
